The limited company revolves around four people, Carol and Polly are the directors, Arnold being the client manager and a Chartered Accountant. His son Andrew helps with bookkeeping and is currently studying for his Accounting Technician exams, intending to follow Arnold and take the Chartered Exams in the future.

Carol and Andrew also help with the business administration, whilst Arnold is the lead contact for all clients.
